Directorate of Sport, Trading and Residential Services
This was the University directorate responsible for the student residences, the provision of catering, the marketing, sale and operation of conferences and events at the university, and all aspects of SPORT until the end of July 2011.
It's mission was "to excel in enhancing the University of Manchester experience for our students, staff and visitors through the provision of excellent customer focused Sport, Catering, Conference and Residential services".
An archive of allSTARS - STARS monthly newsletter still exists.
A video of the STARS Customer Charter was also produced.
